Medical Connect Consulting was founded by Satva Kuchenbecker in 2014. She is a medical devices specialist consultant with over 8 years’ experience in medical devices recruitment and 7 years’ experience in the medical devices industry.
Having a medical devices background and having worked for a leading medical devices company for over 6 years across a range of different roles (HR, Commercial Finance, Contract & Tender Management, Key Account Management, Product Management and Surgical Sales), she has a strong understanding of market trends and a wealth of industry knowledge.
Having worked across a range of departments and alongside high performing individuals she draws from her experience when partnering with her clients in the medical devices industry to place the best possible candidate. Her industry experience has enabled her to be a strategic and trusted advisor.
Over the last 15 years, while specializing in medical devices, she was able to build an extensive network, which enables her to present experienced, professional and qualified candidates.
Satva prioritises her work to provide long-term and lasting value to candidates and clients over short-term wins. She enjoys close and strategic working relationships where she can truly add value.
